Get Your Letter on its way

You've just done something that will matter more than you might realise. A letter addressed by you, arriving every two weeks, that's not a small thing.

Before we write the first one, we need a few details. This will take about two minutes or less.

What should we put on the envelope?

Your name, how you'd like to sign off? e.g., Sarah, Pete, Mum, Dad, Your Bill, whatever feels natural

Their name, what to put on the envelope? e.g. Joan, G, Grandma Rose, Dad, what will they most like to see?

Where should we send it?

The care home address Full postal address, including the resident's name as it appears at the home if different from above.

Anything we should know?

Optional: the more you tell us, the more personal we can make it. You might mention things they love, things to avoid, a nickname, a favourite topic, something that happened recently. There are no wrong answers here and nothing is too small.
